Information collected
When you use the contact form, Moyal Consulting receives your name, work email address, company, message, consent acknowledgment, and limited technical information used to prevent abuse and operate the form.
Why it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, protect the website from spam or misuse, and maintain limited operational evidence that the form worked safely.
Service providers and storage
Cloudflare processes bot-verification information, the hosting provider processes the request, the rate-limit provider processes pseudonymous request keys, and Resend delivers the message to the Moyal Consulting mailbox. Contact content is not stored in the client portal database. The delivered message remains in the mailbox for the approved business retention period.

You may choose not to use the form and instead contact hello@moyalconsulting.com. Use that address to ask a question about an inquiry or request appropriate access, correction, or deletion.
